TWX-31
Tyre changer with pneumatically operated tilting column and intergrated air-booster in the clamping jaws system for standard-, low profile tyre and runflat-tyre. TWX-31 without assistant arm (upgraded at any time).
TWF-23 - Automatic tyre balancing machine.
Equipped with an electronic measuring arm for rim distance and rim diameter. Accurate application of concealed adhesive weights with the electronic sensor arm. The TW F-23 has a 40mm shaft for better easier balancing of wide rims, for example, Porsche, SUV, etc.
Equipped with a foot brake to aid wheel fixing and balancing. Measuring arm with optical / acoustic sensor. As well as the new extra-large 7.5 inch digital display for a perfect overview.

TWX-31 - Overview
Clamping jaws
Self-centring 4-claw system with large clamping range from 12‘ (305 mm) on the outside to 26’ (661 mm) on the inside for cars and vans, made of special steel for high stability and durability. The built-in air booster in the clamping claws also ensures efficient and powerful clamping force when fitting tyres.
Bead breaker
Strong side tyre removal cylinder with a removal force of 2500 kg for efficient and powerful tyre removal.
Mounting head
The mounting head ensures precise and secure tyre mounting. With interchangeable plastic sliders, it protects the rims from damage and adapts to different rim types to ensure fast and efficient tyre mounting.
Mounting arm
The pneumatically tilting mounting arm with automatic distance control ensures a distance of 2-3 mm and thus enables the rim to be mounted gently.
Service unit
Industrial maintenance unit with pressure reducer, water separator and air oiler.
Tire inflator
Convenient and clearly arranged tyre inflator for easy and precise tyre inflation.
Air tank
The air tank enables uninterrupted use of the assembly machine by providing sufficient air pressure for the assembly arm, the pedals and the air booster installed in the clamping claws.
Pedals
Five easy-to-operate foot pedals enable intuitive and ergonomic operation of the tilt arm, direction of rotation, clamping jaw, tyre inflator and tyre ejection functions.
Components
High-quality control block with STOP function, equipped with low-wear stainless steel components (rustproof) and a quick-release valve for reliable and long-lasting performance.
TWF-23 - Overview
Display
The TWF-23 is equipped with an angled 7.5-inch digital display with membrane keypad - for maximum ease of use and optimum ergonomics. Numerous programmes can be selected: Normal, Static, Alu1, Alu2, Alu3, Alu4, Alu5, Motorbike and many more.
Compartments
The TWF-23 tyre balancer has 15 storage compartments for weights and accessories.
Main shaft
The shaft diameter of the TWF-23 is 40 mm, the wheel mount is extra long at 255 mm, making it ideal for wide tyres.
Quick release
The quick-release nut is included.
Breaking lock
Foot parking brake for fixing the shaft when balancing or clamping.
Lateral suspension
On the side, the TWF-23 is equipped with a practical suspension for centring cones and a measuring gauge.
