Payment

Pay in installments (Ratenkauf by easycredit)

  • Why isn't Ratenkauf by easycredit shown in the checkout process?
  • How long will it take for a decision to be made on my installment request?
  • Is there a limit for payment in installments?
  • Are there any processing fees for payment in installments?
Only private customers are allowed to use Ratenkauf by easycredit. Once you enter a company name or VAT-ID during registration on our website, you will be automatically classified as a commercial customer.

Furthermore easycredit doesn't allow to use different payment and shipping adresses. This may also lead to Ratenkauf by easycredit not being shown on the payment selection screen.

Of course we can reset your account to a regular customer account, if you wish to. Please get in contact with us.
The decision about your installment payment is made immediately. No PostIdent or similar procedures are used.
Installment payment can be used for all invoice amounts from 200 euros to 10,000 euros.
No. Installment purchase (Ratenkauf by easycredit) does not incur any additional processing fees. Early repayments and installment breaks are also possible without additional costs after consultation with easycredit.

Shipping

Freight forwarding deliveries

  • How can I arrange a specific delivery date?
  • How long does the delivery of forwarding goods take?
  • Does the shipping company deliver my goods to the place of use?
For the final delivery date, you will be contacted by phone by our carrier one day before the notified delivery. An exact date will be agreed upon.
The delivery times for each item can be found on the corresponding product page.
According to international forwarding law, the driver must deliver the goods only to the curb. If a level access to your hall or garage is guaranteed, the forwarder will usually be happy to deliver the goods to there as well.

Parcel deliveries

  • Can I track my package delivery?
Yes! Our package deliveries are made by UPS. A tracking code will be sent to you with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to monitor the exact delivery status.

 

Self pickup

  • I would like to pick up my order at a store. Can I just drop by?
For our branch in Bensheim, you can find out about pick-up availability on the product pages. In our branches in Berlin, Mülheim and Walsrode, however, we cannot keep every item in stock due to lack of storage capacity. Please contact the desired branch to arrange pick-up readiness.

  • How can I book the installation service?
  • How much does the assembly cost?
To book the installation service, please contact us by phone at +49 (0) 6251-705 85-0 or by e-mail at info@twinbusch.de.

Please indicate which product you would like to have mounted. We also need your full address. Our service team will then send you an appointment proposal and a cost estimate.
The assembly costs differ depending on the travel time and local conditions.

When booking the assembly service, you will be informed of the estimated costs.

Spare parts service

  • How do I proceed if I need a spare part?
Please check the defective component for available part numbers. You can easily find the corresponding spare part in the spare parts category of our online store.

If you do not find a part number, please contact us at +49 (0) 6251-705 85-0 or by e-mail at info@twinbusch.de. We will be happy to help you identify the corresponding spare part.
