Tyre changer with pneumatically operated tilting column and intergrated air-booster in the clamping jaws system for standard-, low profi le tyre and runflat-tyre.

TWF-95
Automatic wheel balancer for professional use with laser positioning system and LED light.
Equipped with TFT color monitor and 2 electro. Sensor arms for rim width and diameter measurement as well as an auto. program detection(Normal and Alu-S)
New: The TW F-95 has a laser positioning system for precise positioning of adhesive weights at 6 o'clock position (also possible at 12 o'clock position without laser). LED light for better visibility.
The TW F-95 has a 40 mm shaft and an extended wheel mount for wide rims, e.g. Porsche, SUV, etc.
In addition, the machine is fitted with a foot brake for fixing the shaft during balancing.
Help functions are displayed on the monitor.

TWX-36 - Overview
Clamping jaws
Self-centring 4-claw system with large clamping range from 12‘ (305 mm) on the outside to 26’ (661 mm) on the inside for cars and vans, made of special steel for high stability and durability. The built-in air booster in the clamping claws also ensures efficient and powerful clamping force when fitting tyres.
Bead breaker
Strong side tyre removal cylinder with a removal force of 2500 kg for efficient and powerful tyre removal.
Mounting head
The mounting head ensures precise and secure tyre mounting. With interchangeable plastic sliders, it protects the rims from damage and adapts to different rim types to ensure fast and efficient tyre mounting.
Mounting arm 1
The auxiliary mounting arm is equipped with a bead roller, a push-down device, a plate and a centring cone.
Mounting arm 2
The pneumatically tilting mounting arm with automatic distance control ensures a distance of 2-3 mm and thus enables the rim to be mounted gently.
Service unit
Industrial maintenance unit with pressure reducer, water separator and air oiler.
Tire inflator
Convenient and clearly arranged tyre inflator for easy and precise tyre inflation.
Air tank
The air tank enables uninterrupted use of the assembly machine by providing sufficient air pressure for the assembly arm, the pedals and the air booster installed in the clamping claws.
Pedals
Five easy-to-operate foot pedals enable intuitive and ergonomic operation of the tilt arm, direction of rotation, clamping jaw, tyre inflator and tyre ejection functions.

High-quality control block with STOP function, equipped with low-wear stainless steel components (rustproof) and a quick-release valve for reliable and long-lasting performance.

The TWX-AMK automatic mounting head kit is for retrofitting your tyre changer. This eliminates the need for a tyre changer.
TWF-95 - Overview
TFT-Monitor
Equipped with a large TFT colour screen - including display of all help functions directly on the display.
Touch pad
The TWF-95 is equipped with an angled membrane keypad - for maximum ease of use and optimum ergonomics. Numerous programmes can be selected: Normal, Static, Alu1, Alu2, Alu3, Motorbike and many more.
Compartments
The TWF-95 tyre balancer has 15 storage compartments for weights and accessories.
Main shaft
The shaft diameter of the TWF-95 is 40 mm, the wheel mount is extra long at 255 mm, making it ideal for wide tyres.
Probe arm
Precise application of all concealed adhesive weights with electric sensing arm - with visual and acoustic operator guidance.
Measuring arm
Measuring arm for automatic rim width determination with magnetic docking.
Laser position system
The TWF-95 is equipped with a laser positioning system for the precise application of adhesive weights at the 6 o'clock position - alternatively also possible at 12 o'clock without laser.
LED
An LED light ensures optimum illumination and improved visibility.
Lateral suspension
On the side, the TWF-95 is equipped with a practical suspension for centring cones and a measuring gauge.
