The TWX-98-G semi-automatic tyre changer is a true all-rounder – designed for standard, low-profile and run-flat tyres.
With its two powerful auxiliary mounting arms, it offers twice the power and can handle even the most demanding tyre changes with ease.
The solid construction ensures stability and durability. The sideways swivelling mounting head with pneumatic locking enables precise work, while the powerful sideways bead breaker cylinder with 2500 kg of pressure effortlessly releases any tyre bead. The self-centring 4-clamp system covers a large clamping range from 12 inches (305 mm) on the outside to 28 inches (712 mm) on the inside, making it ideal for cars and small vans.
An integrated air booster in the clamps makes mounting even easier. The mounting head has replaceable plastic glides to protect sensitive rims. The powerful electric motor with forward and reverse ensures speedy work, while the special steel clamping claws and high-quality control block enable sensitive clamping with a stop function.

Clamping jaws
Self-centring 4-claw system with large clamping range from 12‘ (305 mm) outside to 28’ (712 mm) inside for cars and small vans, made of special steel for high stability and durability. The built-in air booster in the clamping claws ensures additional efficient and powerful clamping force during tyre mounting.
Bead breaker
Strong side tyre removal cylinder with a removal force of 2500 kg for efficient and powerful tyre removal.
Mounting head
The mounting head ensures precise and secure tyre mounting. With interchangeable plastic sliders, it protects the rims from damage and adapts to different rim types to ensure fast and efficient tyre mounting.
Mounting arm 1
The auxiliary mounting arm is equipped with a bead roller.
Mounting arm 2
The second auxiliary mounting arm is equipped with a depressor and a joystick.
Service unit
Industrial maintenance unit with pressure reducer, water separator and air oiler.
Tire inflator
Convenient and clearly arranged tyre inflator for easy and precise tyre inflation.
Pedals
Four easy-to-use foot pedals enable intuitive and ergonomic operation of the rotation direction, clamping jaws, tyre inflator and tyre deflation functions.
