Our TWSWE-D corresponds to the newest guidelines for the testing and adjusting of automotive head lamps.
The SLS Self-Leveling-System is able to compensant an uneven floor vertically and horizonzaly up to the legal max within 1-2 seconds.
The unit consists of a CMOS-camara, 10 inch tablet as well as a laser visor, laser pointer and a digital luxmeter.The unit also includes a turnable guide rod with a foot pedal and an article inspection from the TüV (Inspection Number TP). Optional is an ASA interface.
It has never been simpler of more cost effective to have a head lamp testing area acording to the newest guidelines.
Note: Class 2 red laser. No laser safety officer is required for this device.

TWSWE-D - Overview
Lamp
Suitable for all light sources such as filament, halogen, xenon and, to a limited extent, LED.
CMOS-Camera
Equipped with a CMOS camera for fast image processing. Integrated 10" tablet PC serves as display and control unit. Various languages are available in addition to German. Simple operation via automatic program guidance.
Adjustable light box
The light box, which can be adjusted with one hand, has an automatic locking mechanism.
Laser
The laser sight is used to precisely align the vehicle in front of the headlight adjustment device.
Measuring scale
The integrated measuring scale on the rod ensures precise height adjustment.
Self-Leveling System
The TWSWE-D is equipped with a self-levelling system (SLS) that corrects unevenness both vertically and horizontally within 1–2 seconds up to the maximum levelling limit. An integrated spirit level supports precise alignment.
Data
All data is stored and can be transferred to a printer or PC via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or USB.
Foot pedal
The rod can be rotated using a foot pedal, allowing for convenient alignment.
Flexible positioning
Three wheels enable flexible positioning and easy manoeuvring of the TWSWE-D.
