Automatic wheel balancer.
For professional work with automatic pneumatic wheel clamping, laser position system and LED light.
Equipped with TFT colour screen and 2 electric sensor arms for rim distance, rim width and rim diameter as well as automatic recognition of the balancing programmes (Normal and Alu-S). Fast and comfortable work due to pneumatic wheel clamping.
The TW F-96 has a laser position system for precise application of adhesive weights at 6 o'clock position (also possible at 12 o'clock position without laser). Furthermore, there is an LED light for better visibility.
The TW F-96 has a 40 mm shaft and an extended wheel holder for better balancing of wide tyres, e.g. Porsche, SUV, etc.
Furthermore, the machine has a foot brake to fix the shaft during wheel clamping or unbalance correction.
Help functions are shown on the display. Touch arm with optical/acoustic operator guidance.

TFT-Monitor
Equipped with a large TFT colour screen - including display of all help functions directly on the display.
Touch pad
The TWF-96-G is equipped with an angled membrane keypad - for maximum ease of use and optimum ergonomics. Numerous programmes can be selected: Normal, Static, Alu1, Alu2, Alu3, Motorbike and many more.
Compartments
The tyre balancer has 15 storage compartments for weights and accessories.
Main shaft
The TWF-96-G has a 40 mm shaft diameter and an extra-long wheel holder of 255 mm, making it ideal for wide tyres. It is also equipped with automatic, pneumatic wheel clamping.
Probe arm
Precise application of all concealed adhesive weights with electric sensing arm - with visual and acoustic operator guidance.
Measuring arm
Measuring arm for automatic rim width determination with magnetic docking.
Laser positioning system
The TWF-96-G is equipped with a laser positioning system for the precise application of adhesive weights at the 6 o'clock position - alternatively also possible at 12 o'clock without laser.
Breaking lock
Foot parking brake for fixing the shaft when balancing or clamping.
Lateral suspension
On the side, the machine is equipped with a practical suspension for centring cones and a measuring gauge.

The TWX-300 wheel lifter / pneumatic lift enables effortless clamping of heavy wheels and is the ideal addition for a professional and ergonomic workplace design on your tyre balancer.
