The TWIN BUSCH Tracking tester consists of a tracking tester, suspension tester and a roller brake tester. The unit is computer controlled and the user is guided step by step through the various tests. The Track tester is used for quick verifi cation of tracking levels of front and rear axles, however this does not replace any precise wheel alignment tests, should deviations be found, an accurate wheel alignment test should be carried out. The unit is m / km (meters per kilometer) and the measured values are displayed digitally. The suspension tester checks the function of the shock absorbers on the vehicle, the tests are carried out according to the EUSAMA principle, the wheel loads are individually determined. The measured values are given both in digital and analog in the displays. The curve of measurement can be seen in the values. The Roller Brake Tester is used to check the vehicle brakes suffi ciency and function. The values are both digital and analog in the displays. The computerized test bench can be setup with a four-wheel-testing program. The test stand with digital display has an automatic four-wheel drive detection. (Except for vehicles with 4-wheel drive and front wheel lock and / or between front and rear axle / applies to both testers) The test corresponds to the actual brake tester Directive 2011-04-12, published in the Journal of Transport (VkBl. Nr. 9 from 14.05.2011, S.354). If a (general inspection in accordance with § 29 StVZO) should be carried out, all the new coming brake testers on the market (from 01.10.2011) must be of accordance to these rules. Existing test facilities may be used until 31/12/2019. The TWIN BUSCH test facilities meet all of the current regulations, this includes special requirements, eg the test must have a minimum roller diameter, the rollers must have a certain friction coef cient, the test speed is compulsory and must be tted with ASA live stream (the ASA live stream interface can be used from 01.07.2015, it is used to read out the measurements by the MOT-examiner).
Display cabinet PC
The system has a robust industrial PC to withstand all types of wear and tear. Navigation menu available in many different languages. Furthermore, the system has a self-diagnostic function to ensure a correct function every time. A printer can be optionally installed.
